Bed- 1 king size bed w/ queen size pull-out bed, sofa bed and queen size roll-out mattress (extra blankets and pillows upon request). There is a water refilling station and a convenience store just outside the subdivision. Guest access - Our tiny house is fully equipped with complete kitchen utensils, induction cooker, butane stove, microwave oven, air-fryer and cooking pans. - With shower heater - Can cook and can grill outside. - We have outdoor table and chairs - We have an automatic washing machine which is free to use for 3nights or more stays. - Free to use the basketball court amenities inside the subdivision. Other things to note A valid ID is required upon entering the gate. Accepts 2-3 additional guest.
