The ground floor has a living room with a TV with access to Netflix, StarPlus, HBO, Cable, and Tigo Sports. A guest bathroom with a mirror and LED light. Kitchen equipped with utensils, stove with oven, microwave, blender, rice cooker, electric kettle, coffee maker, and French press. Dining room for six. Garden with outdoor furniture and lights to complete the property's vibe. On the top floor, you will find the first bedroom with a queen-size bed, a moon lamp, a closet, a hammock, and a volcano view. The second bedroom with two imperial beds, moon lamp, closet, curtains and volcano view. Full bathroom with shower, shampoo shared for the two rooms and outside a mirror with LED light and sink. Work area with two tables, ergonomic chairs, laptop stand and excellent WiFi connection. The condominium offers amenities shared with the community, a children's playground, a cold pool and heated on weekends with opening and closing hours, an outdoor gym, walking trails, and playgrounds. The views are privileged towards the volcanoes of Agua, Fuego, and Acatenango. Less than 5 minutes away you will find Cervereceria 14, Tribú, El Predio, 7 minutes away you will find a shopping mall with shops and restaurants, 10 minutes away the Telares shopping mall with more than 30 shops.
