Completely renovated in 2022, our apartment in Studio Estate seamlessly marries modern elegance with historic charm. The real jewel in our property's crown is the stunning penthouse-like terrace. With an awe-inspiring sea view, it's the perfect spot for morning espressos, sunset aperitifs, and starlit dinners. Located in Sciacca's vibrant historic centre, you'll find yourself steps away from the town’s quaint boutiques, traditional restaurants, and beautiful architecture. The space This apartment is spread over two floors. It has a spacious roof terrace with breathtaking ocean views and can accommodate up to four people. The entire apartment is equipped with WiFi and powerful air conditioning to keep you cool during hot summer evenings. After walking the stairs aside our 400 year old exposed castle wall, you enter the first bedroom through the living room. On this floor you will find a luxurious marble bathroom, a comfortable living room and kitchen with dishwasher, oven and everything you need to enjoy cooking with local products. To top it all off, there is a dreamy bathtub from which you can drift off to some jaw dropping views of the Mediterranean Sea. Walk up a few more steps to enter the second bedroom. This bedroom has its own toilet and has access to the roof terrace with outdoor shower and possibly the best sea views in Sciacca. There is a beautiful outdoor seating area on the terrace, because we believe once you see that view you won't want to go anywhere else. Guest access You have entire excess to the apartment. Other things to note There is a staircase present in the apartment and also to get to the street where the apartment is located you will have to go up a staircase.
