The property is located in the heart of the tranquil and sheltered St Helena Bay. The space The Sunrise Beach Cottage is an extension to a large beach house. The self-catering accommodation is a gem of an authentic small two-storey cottage with many loving and high-quality details. On the ground floor you will find the fully equipped and modern fitted kitchen with direct access to the sun veranda as well as the bedroom with sea views and a fantastic outdoor shower, which is made from over 100-year-old railway sleepers. Adjacent to the bedroom is the spacious bathroom with shower. On the first floor you will find the living room and a small cosy reading lounge with a wonderful view of the nearby sandy beach and the sea. You can reach the nearby sandy beach in just a few steps via a wooden walkway directly in front of your sun veranda. The Sunrise Beach Cottage is a completely self-contained unit and has its own access and garage. The entire property has a modern photovoltaic system with inverter and storage batteries. The hot water is also heated by solar panels. Guest access You enjoy exclusive use of the Sunrise Beach Cottage with its own entrance and garage. Adjacent to the Sunrise Beach Cottage is the independent Sunrise Beach House, also with its own entrance and garage, which is rented separately or can be booked additionally depending on requirements and availability. Please note: No parties, no large celebrations, approved for children aged 12 and over, non-smoking accommodation, no pets. Furthermore, quiet hours must be observed in the residential area, especially at night. Other things to note The bay is home to numerous bird species, seals, dolphins and whales.
