The space The place is a 1 bed/1 bath apartment with private entrance located in a newly renovated (less than 1 year ago) building. The space is located on the ground floor with no steps or stairwell to access. The place is a very spacious 400 square feet including full modern kitchen with dining/sitting area. With a full-size bed, it is suitable for up to 2 guests. There is A/C, TV, Wi-Fi, and a table with two chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes: a fridge/freezer with water filter, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster oven, cooktop, sink, cookware, utensils, dishes, pots/pans, salt, pepper, oil. If you don't feel like going out, you can always cook at home. See below for a full listing of amenities/essentials. There is also a public bus route (T3) that runs directly from our place straight to Old San Juan in 5-10 minutes. You can take an Uber or taxi to most locations within 5-10 minutes. Skootel and iKick are shared urban scooters that you can find on the streets of San Juan. They are easy to use (just download the apps to rent them by the minute) and fun to get around.
