The cabins are 5 minutes from Dillsboro with shops and restaurants, and 25 minutes from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park with scenic drives, waterfalls, wildlife, and hiking. Nearby towns like Sylva, Bryson City, and Cherokee offer breweries, rafting, gem mining, train rides, and great dining. This area is perfect for outdoor adventures and easy day trips. The property is located in a small family campground with a nice front yard and a clear view of the famous train and bus wreck from the movie “The Fugitive” across the river. Bring bug spray and firewood if you plan to enjoy the fire pit. Firewood can also be purchased at Harold’s Supermarket or the nearby BP station.
