Pebble Beach is just a few steps away (30m downstairs). The space Outdoor area: Private and heated swimming pool 3.2m x 9.2m, a sun-deck area with 5 deck chairs, 4 lounge chairs, 1 swing chair, and one egg chair. A covered dining area with barbecue (woods, charcoal), and an outdoor Table tennis is also for your use. A few steps down takes you to the smaller sun-deck area where you can enjoy your privacy, and from there, there is an outdoor staircase that takes you to the pebble beach (30m from the villa), and there is a canoe for your use. Ground floor: A living area (60sqm) with glass doors toward the pool and amazing sea views, and it offers a fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 10 people, a living room with a sofa, A/C, f screen TV, PlayStation5.
