A cosy upstairs private bedroom with Cal King size bed with private full Bathroom. Accessible to Sacramento International Airport, Kaiser & Sutter Hospital, and World largest Water Park. No pets or service dogs allowed, because of allergic reactions. The space There are stairs up to the room. A fridge is provided with kettle and coffee jug, milk, sugar, coffee, tea,water and fruit. The room is overlooking the area of ST Morris Community. Guest access For the most part the bedroom and bathroom will be private but occasionally we might need to access another room on the same floor. Guests can walk in the Backyard Patio and the breakfast room in main house. Any young children will need to be supervised due to the stairs. We will not be responsible for their safety. During your stay Generally we are around in the main house but we let guests decide if they want to be private or a little social. We offer an English breakfast and if there is a transport problem we may offer dinner but this is not included in the price and we would need two days warning.
