The space This is a newly built home with 3 bedrooms having 3 king-size beds one in each bedroom, one room also has a bunk bed with full and a twin. All matresses were recently purchased. One primary is on the first floor. The upstairs primary bedroom includes a dedicated office desk with chair, a futon, and has an outdoor balcony with two chairs for sitting. The other bedroom upstairs is called the bunkroom, with a king bed, a bunk bed with twin on top and full on bottom, and games for kids to play. The bedrooms have curtains that darken the rooms. There are TV's in each bedroom and in the family room. There is a Foosball game table in the garage and a Dart Board. The garage can fit a tall oversized pickup truck such as a F250 or Chevy 2500. Outdoor seating for enjoyment with firepit and BBQ grill. Guest access You will have access to the lake. Other things to note There are plenty of things to do for kids and adults such as visit the Heritage Museum with exhibits and Dinosaurs Trackways, take a safari on Wildlife Ranch, visir Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park, Animal World & Snake Farm Zoo in New Braunfels, Tierra Prometida Alpaca Ranch, or Zipline in Wimberley. Adults can visit the Dry Comal Creek Vineyards or La Cruz de Comal Wines on Saturday or Sunday, or Pontita Vineyard and Winery on Thursday - Sunday. Visit Old Gruene Market Days held the 3rd full weekend of each month February - November. Visit Wurstfest first part of November. There are many other festivals.
