The space Located at the Northern end of West Bay Beach, Villa Paz is a spacious beach front newly remodeled home. Villa Paz is a quiet condo development with only 6 units sharing the small beachfront pool. Just a short walk from dive centers, resorts, bars and restaurants of West Bay Beach yet far enough away for privacy and quiet. If you want to be within walking distance from the action, but not in the middle of it, this is the beachfront condo for you. Villa Paz has a large, open living area, a wide front deck with sea views and steps to the beach. The master bedroom on the upper level is spacious with a king size bed, huge sun/stargazing deck, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet and laundry room. On the main floor are two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed & en-suite bathroom, plus a 3rd bedroom with (2) double beds and a full bathroom located in the hallway. Two extra persons can be accommodated on the fold out couches in the master bedroom. There is a small pool overlooking the ocean. The perfect place to kick back after a great day diving or exploring Roatan. Things to know: Fibre Optic Internet. Free WiFi (We are on an island so electricity/Wifi does go off at times). As we are located on a small Caribbean island, occasional power outages and intermittent internet service may occur. While outages are typically brief, they can sometimes last several hours. We appreciate your understanding, as this is part of island life. Guest access You will be greeted by management or provided a keycode. Other things to note There is a Golf Course at the top of the hill and Gumbalimba Park is next door. Enjoy seeing the Macaw's fly in the early morning and evening. We have Geckos in the house, you could hear them chirping at night. They tend to leave their droppings at times (It is not mouse poop).
