Loulou's room

Parents of grown children who travel the world, we offer one of the rooms in our house. This one is on the first floor (floor that we do not use). It has its own shower room. Toilets are on the landing. On this landing there is also a small library corner. The room offers a 140 x 200 bed with a recent and good quality mattress. Bed linen is provided (sheets, towels) as well as toiletries. Breakfast included. The space We own a large modern house with very bright flat roofs. This is a recent wood-frame construction, equipped with the latest insulation and energy-saving standards. It is built on a very large plot with an unobstructed view of the Eure. The SNCF train station is 900 m away (it takes 10 minutes on foot) and it allows you to go to Paris in 1 hour 15 minutes or Le Mans in 1 hour. A bike path is at the foot of the house and allows you to go to the city center (shops, train station, swimming pool, etc.) or to the countryside. Guest access Access to the room is through the main entrance of the house (there is no separate entrance). Guests then have access to the entire floor of the house independently (bedroom, toilet and landing room). Of course, if necessary, they can use the kitchen and garden. Parking (closed) can accommodate a car without any worries. During your stay We'll be there to answer any questions and welcome you. Other things to note We have two cats which, even if the cleaning is done regularly and they do not enter the room, leave hair everywhere so anyone allergic should refrain or come prepared😉.
