A lovely comfy and airy double room, in a safe and peaceful location. 10 minutes drive from Leeds city centre. You will have access to your own private bathroom with a stylish rainfall shower and bath tub. Me and my husband live here with our 2 lovely cats who are very friendly and sociable. Will accept couples but the price may change Breakfast included and kitchen access available to make hot beverages/snacks. Access to the garden but no smoking on premises including outdoors.
