This beachfront house is newly constructed of beautiful tropical hardwoods and overlooks Cabo Matapalo's famous right hand point beak. Fall asleep to the dreamy sound of waves tumbling on the beach and wake up to a symphony of tropical birds singing in the morning. This is one of the few homes in the area with a refreshing ocean breeze as well as large flocks of scarlet macaws who frequent surrounding almond trees. Whales, dolphins, and sea turtles are also commonly sighted from Matapalo beach. The space Pieza Paraiso has excellent drinking water from a state of the art water purification system. We are off the grid 100% , A reliable solar system powers our three casas . The caretaker/ host live on the property in their own casa. They are ready to assist our guests 24/7 . Our guests can cook meals themselves in our fully equipped kitchen or hire a local chef to cook meals for $10 per plate. This is the chef cooking the food the guest purchases and transports to the rental house. We will provide a recommended grocery list of typical Osa Costa Rican foods.
