House with sauna, fireplace and garden

The house has an unusual construction on several levels. On the main level, there is an open kitchen with a dining area and a living room with a fireplace. On the 2nd floor there is a library with a comfortable way to sleep on a sofa bed. On this floor you will find two bathrooms with a shower and a bathtub. In the basement there is a sauna, a bedroom with a double bed and a toilet. The house is not suitable for small children. The space The rooms on the different levels are spacious and connected via long corridors or via staircases. The house is also angled, so it gives guests a lot of privacy. Due to the special design, the house is not barrier-free. Also, the accommodation is not necessarily suitable for very small children due to the furnishings. The living room has ample seating and a TV with a Bluetooth soundbar. Wood is available free of charge for the use of the fireplace. In the library you will find an extensive book collection, a CD player, and an electric piano. Everywhere in the house you will find magazines on different topics. In addition, there are Air Play music boxes in the dining room and sauna. For the use of the sauna, you can use the infusions and towels provided. The garden is accessible from the dining room and the sauna room. Outside you will find different areas to sit. The seat cushions can be found in the basement and the built-in closets in the hallway. Guest access The following rooms are available for full use: main level with porch, dining room, kitchen and living room; on the 1st floor the library with the sofa bed and a bedroom, 2 bathrooms; in the basement another bedroom, toilet and the sauna room. Excluded from use are 2 utility rooms in the basement and the attic. Garages are not rented. Other things to note In the winter months, the water in the outdoor area is turned off. During this time, the outdoor shower cannot be used. The house has a solar system and a power storage system. The system is located in the heating room. Any manipulation of the electrical system and the heating system is prohibited. The washing machine housed there may be used. This has an automatic detergent dispenser. Further addition of detergents is not recommended.
