The space The property is a newly-renovated 25-year-old family home. Vintage Terrazzo floors, classical metal grills, greens, natural light & an old-world charm welcomes you. As avid followers of Minimalism & Altruism movements- we have imbibed the same in the overall décor and theme for the property Guest access The property has Ground + 2 floors. The Guest Accessible bedroom with attached washroom is on the First floor with a separate Entrance. Second-Floor, comprises of a Family suite which is out-of-bounds for the guest. We run a Design Studio at the Ground floor. Feel free to stop by for a chat. Kitchenette and an additional washroom are co-shared on the Ground floor. Only Microwave based Cook n Eat- is allowed. During your stay We prefer a hands-off approach and a non-intrusive stay experience for the guests. However, we will always try to make your stay comfortable, hassle-free and a unique experience. Upon booking, we will always be free to assist you and arrange a smooth check-in & respond to all your questions. Of course, we're also always reachable online by message and we hope will have the pleasure to host you soon. Other things to note We are constrained by narrow staircase for the bedroom access on the first floor. (please view the photos). Hence, for elderly guests and those travelling with heavy luggage- the property might be challenging. We are on a busy street- hence it would be quite noisy during the evening hours. We love our neighbors. Ensuring that they face no inconvenience or nuisance due to us- is our top-most priority. We urge our Guests to help us with the same.
