Where you'll stay: A completely newly built apartment, equipped with all conveniences and luxury holiday comforts. 115 m2 with an open living space and a spacious terrace. 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The Master bedroom has a King Size bed, built-in closets, and a walk-in bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, double sink, and toilet. The Guest Room has a Queen Size bed and an extra single bed. It also has built-in closets and a walk-in bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. There is a spacious living room with a large lounge sofa, games, books, and a TV. An American kitchen including a kitchen island, fully equipped with all conveniences. On the terrace, there is a lounge set for playing games with the family in the evening or relaxing with a book. Also, a beautiful large rustic wooden table for dining or enjoying drinks. We have thought of everything; if you come with small children, please let us know. We have a baby cot, a high chair, and all the other essentials you don't want to miss out on when travelling with small children. The apartment is part of The Breeze complex, completely newly landscaped in the popular BlueBay, with 2 infinity pools. All within walking distance of the cosy family Blue Bay Beach and golf course with ocean views. There are some beach restaurants, a pizza and ice cream truck with terrace and playground next to the beach, and of course the famous Brass Boer restaurant, all within a 3-min walking distance. The apartment has a very large Centrum Supermarket within a 5 minutes ride by car and just a short ride from Willemstad, Mambo Beach and other famous beaches and must visits on the island!! Guest access you'll have complete access to everything in the appartment and The Breeze Complex, including the infinity pools. You'll also receive Free Beach Passes for all guests. Other things to note Electricity and water are very expensive in Curaçao. To prevent waste, guests are expected to use the air conditioning responsibly and turn it off when not in the apartment. The rental price of the apartment includes 10 kWh of electricity /day, which covers 'normal' use of air conditioning and other electrical appliances. Any additional usage will be deducted from the security deposit (€0.45/kWh). For stays longer than 8 days, you can have an additional in-between cleaning if you'd want to, with fresh bed linen and towels for $100, to be arranged with Gina the Property Manager.
