This is a hosted home rather than a self contained apartment or long-term rental. You will enjoy plenty of privacy while still having a host available if needed. The bathroom is located a little way from the room. You walk through the main living space to access. Located approximately 15km from Perth Airport, the home offers convenient access by car, rideshare or taxi without being directly under a flight path. The train station is just a 600m walk away, providing easy access to Perth CBD and other attractions. As with many well connected locations you may occasionally hear distant train horns. Please use the TransPerth webiste or App for public transport options. Evaporative air-conditioning throughout the home. As Perth's summer climate is generally dry, it is effective for most conditions and particularly comfortable overnight. During periods of high heat and humidity it may not cool as effectively as refridgerated air-conditioning. The pool is available for guest use during the warmer months. As the property is surrounded by established trees, leaves may be present despite regular maintenance. A pedistal fan is provided during summer, while an oil heater and extra blankets are available during cooler months. The home is heated by a gas and cosy wood fire in winter. Guest access * Your room is at the front of the house and you can close the connecting hallway door for added privacy. There is a latch on the inside of the door only. I use an alternative entrance when guests stay. The room contains a low-profile double bed. The room also includes a chair, drawers, clothing rack and laptop table and additional single bed when bookedm * Sleeping arrangements & guest numbers The room accommodates a maximum of 3 guests, excluding infants aged 2 and under. • 1–2 guests: one double bed • 3 guests: one double bed plus one single fold-out bed with mattress topper • Children over 2 must be included in the number of guests booked. The maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded by having children or adults share a bed. For infants aged 2 and under, please BYO a suitable infant sleep space as I do not provide a cot. Safe infant sleeping practices are recommended. Only the number of guests confirmed on the reservation may stay at the property. Please ensure all adults, children & infants are included in the reservation details. * Bathroom is located a little way from the room. Sometimes my adult daughter is here and some weekends my partner is here. On Sunday his children may visit. The cat visits and loves cuddles. It is not my cat but likes the house and visitor attention. I tend to keep to myself but happy for a chat. Please, no glass in the pool area. Pool is 1.3m deep. No diving or jumping.
