Herakles House, 10' drive to Nafplio. Nice one.

Hellowee! You're walking into what was once just a dream of mine. I've always loved Nafplion and thought it's one of the most beautiful places to be. One day, I took a leap forward and bought this house. Many months after... Planning, upgrading, renovating... I am still looking at it and congratulate myself for the decision. As I am living somewhere else in Greece, I am going to try out renting it in the hope that my home will make people at least as happy as it makes me every time I am there. The space The house is very spacious. 140 sqm. 3 bedrooms with large wardrobe space, 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room, and an open space area dining + kitchen + desk for working remotely. Netflix is available for free on the TV in the living room. The plunge pool is available from early May until end of October. We need to empty it during colder climate, as the weather is not warm enough for using the pool. The plunge pool is above ground level, in a round shape 3.5 m in diameter and 1.2 m in depth. The terrace is almost as big as the house... And the best thing about it is the roof - because you can linger in the shade during hot days and stay under shelter even on rainy days (which we don't get many). You can also get your laptop there and work in open air with a garden view (if you really have to). Free WiFi, 2 powerful and new air conditioning units, gas heating with radiators in all rooms, log burner in the living room with wood supply, shutters for all windows, mosquito nets. Washing machine, iron & ironing board, gas stove and oven, microwave. A large and very nicely equipped kitchen, recently renovated. Outdoor gas bbq. The plot is fully fenced, so it's an amazing place for pets. I share my life with 2 little furry friends + a not as furry husband. I wouldn't want them to escape, but they are free to roam around as much as they want to :) I do not live on the property, so it's all yours. The plot is almost 1.000 sqm and about half of it is an olive grove with 22 olive trees. 2 orange trees, 1 lemon tree and a walnut that give us fruit. The walnut is especially handy, as it creates shade for the picnic area. An extra single fold-up bed is available to accommodate an extra person without charge. A baby cot and a child high chair are available free of charge. Guest access All of it. It's all yours. Enjoy. Other things to note Please let us know an approximate arrival time, so we can arrange the meet and greet with our local friend. Having a car is strongly advised, as it is the best way to enjoy the whole Nafplio area and visit all the ancient sites around. The plunge pool is functional between early May and early November. During the colder months, the pool has no water, as it is not warm enough outside to use it. The plunge pool is above ground level, in a round shape 3.5 m in diameter and 1.2 m in depth. There are 2 Air Conditioning Units. One in the dining area (it covers the kitchen, dining, desk area & a little bit of the living room). The second unit is in the master bedroom. The other 2 bedrooms have ceiling fans. Wood is provided free of charge for guests using the log burner during colder months. Registration details 00002028936
