We’ll do our best to make it as exceptionally memorable for you as possible, hope we’ll be given the opportunity to care for you😊 The space Our facilities are : ✅ Charcoal BBQ Grill is available with its utensils, guests bring the charcoal as their needs. Please let us know ahead of time if you need our assistance to provide it for you, we’ll be glad to help getting it for you :-) ✅ Private pool, kids area approx.70cm (2ft 35in) depth, marked by different colors of tiles it gradually slopes down to approx.2m (6ft 67in) depth for swimmers Pool length approx. 8-10m, width approx.4-6m (A-symmetrical form), with kids areas approx.3x4m We provide different sizes of pool vests ✅ Gazebo facing the swimming pool, with eight chairs and two sitting areas If you feel like exercising a little bit, feel free to use the elliptical machine :-) ✅ Full A/C in all bedrooms and living areas ✅ Varies of kitchenette and cooking utensils with complimentary some basic spices and cooking oil. Different sizes of pots, pans, containers. Plates, cups / mugs/ glasses and cutlery will be provided as number of guests. We also provide several sets toddler plates, cups and spoon & forks for your little adorable ones :-) ⁠ ✅ Two full size refrigerators with freezer at the gazebo and in the house ⁠ ✅ No need to bother yourselves with bringing mineral water. We gladly provide you with free flow mineral water of which is filtered through reverse osmosis system. Easily dispense hot, cold and ambient water from two dispensers at our gazebo and pantry. You may also conveniently dispense ice cubes from the gazebo dispenser and kitchen refrigerator ✅ Coffee maker is available with complimentary coffee, creamer, sugar, as well as some tea bags ✅ Portable electric oven / air-fryer/ roaster is available in the pantry , in addition to the main standing gas stove with gas oven in the kitchen ✅ Microwave, jumbo size (10 cups) rice cooker ✅ Towel sets (bath towel, face towel, wash towel) are provided as many as basic guests capacity, we can provide more on request. Liquid body wash, shampoo, conditioner , hairdryer in each bathroom are also provided ✅ For joggers or morning walkers, it is very enjoyable and pleasant to go around our areas, with big old trees everywhere. Sentul City is not that afar from huge pine forest that nicely produce fresh clean air. You will gain some cardio exercise as wherever you go from our place , you’ll go slightly up and down hill :-) You may walk or jog as far as you wish, and if you reach the lake by the main road there are different restaurants to enjoy your breakfast and coffee.. and may conveniently order grab or gocar to go back to тнє ѕαηgтυѕ нσмє instead of walking back if you prefer sit back and relax, it’s only about 5-8mins drive ✅ For entertainment or office presentation display, we provide you a Smart TV LG UR80 43 inch 4K UHD with Al Sound Pro. It is connected with some local and entertainment channels, you can also watch livestream of sports. You can easily connect our TV with your personal YouTube dan Netflix account. For your meeting or presentation, you can forget about bringing your own projector (Infocus) , and can easily take advantage of the available features both wired or HDMI (Wireless display). Our TV is Compatible with Macbook (AirPlay) , Windows (Cast / Miracast) laptops or Android Mobile phones. Hybrid meeting becomes easy and seamless as it uses WiFi with 75Mbps , also compatible with Camera Add-on. Guests have access to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living & dining room, TV room, kitchen, pantry, gazebo and pool , all located on the second & third floors. As we are upgrading our listing to four bedrooms and three baths, please check with us for accommodating more people. All doors on the ground floor are for Private areas. Guests do not have access to the interior of the entire first floor, hot kitchen & service area (behind main kitchen & pantry) on second floor or walk-in closet on third floor, as they are posted as “Private”. Guests are not allowed in these areas. Other things to note You can take our 10% discount for fixed / non-refundable reservation on your payment process.
