Adjacent, you'll find a cozy dining area and a contemporary kitchen equipped with high-end amenities for creating culinary delights from the market's fresh offerings. The bedroom offers a peaceful retreat, complete with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a small bedside table, and a wardrobe for your clothing storage needs. The bathroom includes a refreshing shower and the added convenience of a washer. Guest access During your stay, you and your group will have the entire space to yourself. Please make yourself at home! Other things to note Check-In & House Rules Information Check-In Method Check-in will be done in person. A key runner will meet you at the entrance of the building to hand over the keys. Check-In Time Frame Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance so we can coordinate with our key runner. If no time is provided, we cannot guarantee immediate assistance at check-in. Late Check-In Fee For check-ins after 9:00 PM, a $60 fee will apply to cover the cost of arranging staff outside regular hours. Mailbox Access Please note that we cannot receive packages or letters at the property. The mailbox is not accessible for guests or hosts. Lost Keys/Fob Guests will be responsible for covering the full replacement cost of any lost keys or fobs. Locked Out If you're locked out due to leaving the keys inside, a call-out fee will apply to cover staffing costs for access assistance. Extra Guests & Bedding Arrangements We only accommodate the number of guests listed in your booking. Bedding will be arranged based on the number of guests and house specifications. Using sofas as beds is not allowed unless pre-arranged with us in advance. Housekeeping & Guest Responsibility Please remember that this is an Airbnb stay, not a hotel.
