My Famiy and I live above this suite, expect noise during your stay, like footsteps and muted sounds. The space Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, a walk away from mountain views and a short drive to everything you’ll need to make your stay welcoming and full of joy. The zen vibe is comfy and cozy surrounding you with a positive vibe. I live above this space with my family, please know to expect noise. 😌Namaste🕊️ Space features: *Parking for 2 cars at the entrance to the space and plenty of street parking up the driveway. *Private outside covered oasis with plenty of seating & outdoor heaters. *King suite with 42" TV (plus Roku), desk for remote work, and a Peloton Bike+ (access with signed waiver) *Full size bed in second bedroom: additional twin bed available: please request that I setup before your arrival. *Additional twin bed available if needed *Pack 'n Play, booster seat, and kids toys/books *Super fast internet *Full size washer/dryer in-unit *60" smart TV in living room: *DISNEY+, Netflix and Hulu already logged in for you + many more apps to access. No telephone or cable TV provided *Covered outdoor oasis with bistro table and heaters: hearing the train and birds is paradise. *Fully stocked kitchen. *Cozy fireplace in living room Guest access You have access to the entire lower, daylight basement suite and a covered outside patio for you and your guests to enjoy call yours during your travels. Respectfully, expect footsteps and muted noise from my family above and kindly note that this is not a private quiet getaway, please don’t expect that during your stay. Additionally, I have had many guests and never hear noise from below. The transfer of noise seems to only travel down, not up. The entrance to your suite has a secure keyless entry and parking for up to two cars. Other things to note You shouldn't have to spend time cleaning on your vacation. I have professional cleaners who come to clean. Guests are only expected to clean any dishes they may have used and our cleaners take care of everything else. Respectfully note that this suite is not a private getaway, expect noise from my family above. You may hear footsteps and muted noise of various sorts during your stay this space.
