The apartment is also less then a 10 minute walk to Santa Rita Park and the Animas River (with great fishing and a 5 mile trail along the river). The apartment includes a fully stocked kitchen, WIFI, Washer/dryer, one assigned off street parking space next to the apartment and a window AC Unit in the summer and fall.
