This comfortable and spacious 4 bedrooms+ 2 bathrooms home is located in the heart of Tarneit and very close to Riverdale Village Town, situated nearby to great local amenities such as Pacific Werribee shopping centers, nearby parks, and easy access to the Pricess freeway and Western Freeway only 12 moniutes drive. For Long Term guests stay there is monthly cap limit for Untilities that $450 for Elctricty , GAS and Water. Guest access If number of guests are 4 in the booking, they can use 4 bedrooms for sleeping. If the number guests in the booking 2, they can't use all bedrooms for sleeping, addtional charges may apply if they use more beds for sleeping. However guests have access to entire house, except locked storage wardrobe. Other things to note • No unregistered guests allowed. Please input actual guests number including children that they must be registered as a guest on the booking. - Exceeds the number of guest which are not mentioned on the booking, an extra fee will be charged for your stay. • Excessive noise will not be accepted; Please respect the noise curfew (Prohibited times after 9 pm and before 8 am) • Parties/events/pets are not allowed. - Any damage/stolen items will be charged. • Smoking is not allowed. • Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out. • Please turn off the A/C and lights when you go out. • Early check-in or late check-out may be considered (depends on availability). • The existing and long-term guests will be treated with a discounted rate, please contact me to discuss. • Our 100% intesion and commitment is to make your stay as happy, enjoyable and comfortable. -For Long Term guests stay there is monthly cap limit for Untilities that $450 for Elctricty , GAS and Water.
