Large deck has area with four comfortable chairs for visiting and a smoking pole (no smoking in the house), and a table with four chairs for outside dining. View the private back yard from the deck (access to the yard is off limits to guests) Driveway will park three vehicles. Off-street parking is also available. Main floor has an entry area off the deck with laundry featuring large capacity tubs , iron and ironing board, and a clothes steamer. There is a bedroom with a full bed, a small half bath, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area that seats seven and a Keurig coffee maker. The living room is large with four reclining seats and large screen tv (free Netflix) and warm blankies to snuggle up while you relax. There are also some games and zigsaw puzzles for your enjoyment Upstairs is a bedroom with a queen bed, a large bath with a soaking tub/shower and a vanity with plenty of plugins to do your hair (blow dryer provided). High-speed Wi-Fi throughout You can also rent this space with three bedrooms and split the costs even more with two roommates. Like your privacy? Rent the house with only one bedroom available at a reduced rate. Rent for a minimum of 30 days. Stays longer than 90 days may be granted if available upon request.
