The space Just through the door you will find the first room, then you enter the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and an open concept dining room and living room with sliding glass doors that connect to the panoramic ocean-view and a beautiful terrace with your very own private pool. The second bedroom is located on the hallway with amazing views and access to the pool, a very spacious and full bathroom is across the hall. At the end of the house is the master bedroom, where you can enjoy amazing views from the comfort of your bed, it also has access to the pool and its own ensuite bathroom and a small walking closet. Sleeping arrangements: 1 King Bed 1 Double Bed 1 Bunk Bed - Double size down and single on top Guest access Breakfast Buffet: Available at Infinity Bay Resort's Restaurant (West Bay) for a cost of $23 per person/ per day. Other things to note *BOOKING WINDOW: You can book up to a year in advance. * Electricity is private on the island making everything more expensive & water is also valuable. Please be mindful of the electricity and water usage. Turn off the AC when you leave the property or if you have the doors or windows open. NOTE: If the AC remains ON permanently during your stay, additional charges may apply, ask us for more details. *Keep in mind that since we are on an island, power outages happens unexpectedly and there is no generator in the villa. *Additional charge of $100+ for check-in or check-out before or after the established time (3:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively).
