This is an ideal solution for those looking for a comfortable, extended stay with more space and privacy than a traditional hotel. Your unit will be on the seconds floor with separate entrance. Bedroom: One spacious bedroom, both with ample storage and comfortable bedding. Queen-size bed, for a restful night's sleep. Living Room: A cozy living area with a sofa and entertainment options for relaxing after a long day. Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, and utensils for your culinary adventures. Bathroom: A clean and well-maintained bathroom with a shower and essentials provided. Guest access The whole apartment is yours for your stay! Keyless self-check-in Convenient Laundry Facilities: Our modern and well-maintained washer and dryer are conveniently situated in a shared common area within the basement. These facilities are available for the use of all tenants residing on the property, making it easy and hassle-free for everyone. Garage Parking Available: Our property offers two dedicated parking spots within the garage, with one spot assigned to each unit. The garage is a shared space where both residents can securely store their vehicles. There is ample street parking available as well. Other things to note Please remember you're staying in person's house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guest have. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP, but please note nobody is living on-site 24-7. For nonemergency issues, I do not send maintenance to the property during your stay, only after you depart. *all guests must be 25+ except for children with parents. *2 people max. We charge per guest; please have accurate guest count. *There is camera above the front door and the garage in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper the cameras, you will be asked to leave immediately. *No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control. For a more organized trash disposal system, if its not too much trouble, we kindly request to put the garbage in the green trash bin and the recycling in the blue trash bin. Garbage Pickup: please follow the GARBAGE CART SETOUT SCHEDULE, that will be send to you. Recycling Pickup: We will send you RECYCLING CART SETOUT SCHEDULE for the dates of the recycle bin pick up. There is an additional space in the basement of the property, which is occasionally used by other guests. It has a separate entrance and is fully independent, so you'll still have plenty of privacy during your stay.
