Luna Villas is a complex of two houses with an exquisite and modern design, designed to receive a group of friends, couples or families who are on vacation and who want to live a unique experience of retreat and connection with nature It is located in one of the best areas of Santa Teresa, just a 5-minute walk from Santa Teresa Beach, close to numerous restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and shops. The space CASA LUNA is our main villa, accommodating 6 to 8 people, consisting of 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, a living room with two armchairs and a TV, a dining room (table for 8 people), with a fully equipped integrated kitchen. And an outdoor area with a private pool, outdoor living room, sun loungers, and a barbecue. 200 mg WiFi throughout the house The master bedroom has 1 king-size bed, a private bathroom, and ocean views. The second and third bedrooms have a queen-size bed, plus a trundle bed that pulls out from underneath, and a private bathroom. One has an ocean view, the other a pool view. CASA LUNITA is a villa with capacity for 4 to 5 people consisting of 2 bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom. A living room with two armchairs and a TV, a dining room (table for 6 people), and a fully-equipped kitchen. And an outdoor area with a private pool, outdoor living room, and sun loungers. 200 mg WiFi throughout the house The master bedroom has 1 king-size bed, a private bathroom, and a private balcony The second bedroom has a queen size bed, plus a trundle bed, which is pulled out from underneath, private bathroom and private balcony. Housekeeping service is available every day. And additional laundry service can be requested. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, all bedrooms, pool, and parking area. The laundry room, where the washing machines are located, is the only area without guest access. Other things to note Currently, there is a construction on the property next door with an estimated completion date in December.
