It is centrally located in Venice on a quiet dead-end street, close to the park, restaurants, Wholefoods, and a stone's throw from the beach. Custom-designed LOFT in the heart of Venice Beach with a full kitchen with high ceilings, ceiling fan, and skylight. Parking is included for 1 car right by your entrance door. 2 BIKES & 2 Beach Towels included. The space Dogtown loft has minimalist simple design and has high ceilings with a ceiling fan and plenty of ocean breeze that cools hot summer days and nights with natural air with a private, tranquil courtyard where smoking is allowed (outside) with privacy. You have complete privacy from check-in to check-out with a private entrance and space. Provided are beach towels, 2 bikes with locks, USB ports, hair dryer, iron, an ironing board, full-length mirrors, soap, and fluffy bath towels for your bathroom needs. In the kitchen, we provide teas, coffee, basic cooking needs such as olive oil, salt, pepper, and chilled bottled waters in the fridge. Guest access Designed for privacy. You have your parking spot in a private gated alley with a private entrance that is a step away from the entrance to your loft. Entrance to your loft is via a gated alley and it has self-check-in so you need not see the host unless you want to. However, I am here to assist in case of any issues or concerns. The gated alley is safe and we have NEVER had any problems in the many years we have been hosting, our alley is safer than most streets in Venice since it is private, and no one can access it without keys. However, please note that there are folks who may be spooked because it's an alleyway especially if you are walking on foot without a rental car. If you are ordering Uber Eats or walk-in high-heel shoes, it might not be ideal. To reiterate, the alley is private and gated with only homeowners that have access to it in this one block of a tight community that knows each other. We ask you to keep the gates locked. Only folks back there will be you and a neighbor who might be walking their dog. Other things to note We are on a residential, and quiet, dead-end street, half a block from a 9-hole public golf course, tennis courts, basketball courts, park, and shops. A block from Whole Foods, CVS, a handful of restaurants, a smoke shop, and fitness classes (cross fit, yoga). There’s a great street taco at the end of the block by CVS every afternoon and a nice restaurant 1/2 block at the golf course (Penmar Park) or many other restaurants about 2-3 blocks. * Due to your allergies, we are unable to host any animals. * No charging EV vehicles. We can discuss extra fees if you need to charge your electric vehicle here. * No filming or photography of any kind. No shoots. No IG, TicTok, youtube … filming.
