A one time, nonrefundable pet fee of $100 will be requested and must be collected at booking. Any dog MUST be registered PRIOR to guest arrival. Minimum rental age is 25 years old. Breaking this rule will lead to cancellation and/or eviction. Smoking is not allowed inside the vacation rental at all. Check in time is 4:00pm EST and after. No early check in permitted.
