The space This space is designed with a nod to mid-century modern style. The guest house is fully detached from the main home and features a private entrance located at the end of the driveway. There is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a closet with a washer/dryer combo unit, a kitchenette, and a siting area. Guests enjoy a private deck, access to the river and dock, and a fire pit with seating. I live in the main house on the property. Access to the main house is restricted. The yard and waterfront areas are shared. Guest access Parking is available in the gravel lot near the street. The driveway is reserved for the main house and is not available for guest use. The guest house is located at the end of the driveway on the left after the garage door. Guests will enter using a private entrance with a keyless electronic keypad. A unique access code will be provided prior to check-in. Guests have access to the guest house, private deck, and shared yard and waterfront areas. The main house is not accessible to guests. Other things to note I may occasionally dog sit for my family dogs. There is a separate fenced in area they are contained to when I'm not home. If I am home, they may have access to the property while I am outside. The tv has a fire stick, but you will have to connect to your own accounts to use it. There is no cable.
