Guest house with deck and view of the Lagoon.

The space is good for couples to enjoy the view of Lagoa da Conceição after a day of sightseeing. Located 1.5 km from "Centrinho da Lagoa da Conceição". We follow the AirBnb hygiene protocol. In addition, we have our own equipment for oxy-sanitization with an ozone generator, used after the guests leave and again after the cleaning / sanitization process, before the new occupants enter. We provide additional cleaning products for you to maintain hygiene during your stay. The space The guest house (entire space independent of the main house) has a small, well-equipped kitchen with coffee makers (electric with paper filter and one of capsules), sandwich maker, microwave, electric stove, electric kettle, blender, fridge, pots and pans crockery. Air-conditioned room with double box bed + additional CHILD mattress (up to 10 years). It has a private bathroom, as well as a small deck / balcony overlooking Lagoa da Conceição. Guest access The host awaits the guest's arrival at the property. The keys to the guest house and the control of the property gate are on the door of the guest house, having been previously sanitized. After that moment, the guest will have at their disposal an exclusive space (guest house with bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a deck of approximately 10m² and a view of the lagoon), away from the family home and will have entry and exit without the need for contact / communication with the host. Other things to note The guest is not allowed to receive visits without informing the owner !!!! Upon availability / consultation, we can accept early check-in in the morning and / or check-out at the end of the day.
