Note: To access the bathroom, you'll pass through our frequently used family kitchen, which isn't part of the Airbnb space. Please do not book if you are scared of dogs. The space Nestled within the branches of an ancient cherry tree, our insulated treehouse offers a unique blend of rustic charm and modern convenience. A comfortable bed and plush bean bag provide relaxation, while an electrical heater ensures a cozy atmosphere. The treehouse features a scenic balcony, an adjacent fireplace, and a sauna tent for an elevated experience. While it's comfy, it's still a treehouse—literally in a tree—so please don't freak out if leaves fall, or if a bird, bee, beetle, or spider pays you a visit. The traditional wooden floor, with sawdust insulation, adds to the rustic charm, but it can't be clinically cleaned. Located in the garden of a lively family home, the tranquil clucking of chickens adds an authentic rustic feel, enhancing your connection with nature. Our treehouse is also a gateway to the expansive Wienerwald, offering hiking, cycling, and bird-watching for diverse outdoor experiences. With quick train access to Vienna and St. Pölten and free parking, our location serves as both a peaceful oasis and a convenient base for exploring. Guest access Treehouse Amenities: Our treehouse is equipped with an electrical heater to ensure warmth and comfort, especially during the cooler months. You'll find a comfortable bed with fresh linens for a restful sleep, along with a bean bag for casual lounging, reading, or simply enjoying the natural surroundings. A coffee station is available, including a coffee maker and complimentary sachets, perfect for a morning or afternoon pick-me-up. The balcony offers panoramic views of the surrounding area, furnished with seating for your relaxation. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided, allowing you to stay connected, although the serene setting may tempt you to disconnect and unwind. Outdoor Amenities: For outdoor enjoyment, a fireplace is available, perfect for campfires, storytelling, or simply unwinding by the flames. A barbecue grill is at your disposal for alfresco dining, complete with grilling utensils, and an outdoor fridge is provided to keep your beverages and perishables cool. The sauna tent offers a refreshing escape amid natural surroundings, providing a unique and invigorating experience. Free parking is available, with ample space to securely park your vehicle. Main House Amenities: While the main house's kitchen is not generally accessible to guests, you are welcome to use the barbecue and outdoor fridge located near the treehouse. If you would like to use the kitchen in the main house, please ask us beforehand. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but availability will depend on our family’s needs and will be decided on a case-by-case basis. The garden, with its charming chickens, enhances the rustic ambiance, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in a peaceful, pastoral environment. Toilet is in the house, outdoor shower only. Other things to note Please consider.. This is a treehouse after all. We are doing our best to keep it clean and allow for a comfortable stay. However there might be an occasional beetle or leaf in the treehouse. Might also happen that a cat comes visit you or you hear our roosters. Please don't book this accommodation if you are just looking for the cheapest room next to Vienna, be open-minded please and prepared for some adventure. Also, we live in the house and commonly use our kitchen, so it is not hotel-standard clean at all times. We still want to give you the chance to use the facilities in the house, but please don't judge a stay in our treehouse by some plates standing outside the dishwasher. It's a home where people live and we are happy to share our space with you for a while but bear in mind this does not mean we completely disappear during that time. Also, we have a big and friendly dog so please do not bookbif you are scared of dogs.
