Beautiful, spacious vacation apartment

Bright and spacious vacation apartment in the heart of the Stromberg wine-growing and hiking region. The apartment offers cooking facilities, but there are also numerous culinary highlights to discover in the village. The ideal connections to Stuttgart as well as to the surrounding towns of Besigheim, Bietigheim and Heilbronn provide the starting point for many excursion destinations. For families, the Tripsdrill adventure park with its adjoining zoo offers a very special experience. The space The apartment is located on the top floor of an apartment building (without elevator). Access is via the shared staircase. The apartment is for your sole use. The hosts do not live in the house, so please respect the privacy of the other residents and do not ring the doorbell if you have any questions. You will find our contact details on the welcome sign next to the checkroom in the entrance area. KITCHEN The apartment is equipped with a fitted kitchen. The kitchen has all the necessary electronic appliances (oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, electric hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine) and cookware (pots and pans, casserole dishes). Crockery, cutlery, cups and glasses are also provided. The dining area directly opposite the kitchen invites you to enjoy a meal together. The table can be extended further if you want to do one of the large puzzles you will find among the books. LIVING AREA As there is a comfortable sofa bed in the living area, the accommodation is also suitable for four people or families with two children. A TV with Blu-ray player with a selection of movies, a reading light and a selection of books invite you to pass the time. You can also relax in the cozy reading chair or enjoy the view from the window over the village, where you can also see beautiful sunsets. BEDROOM The cozy double bed is a wonderful place to rest after a busy day full of new experiences. The large closet offers plenty of space for your things, as does the chest of drawers. The travel cot for small children is also located here. A second travel cot for small children can be added if required. WLAN Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment using the access data found next to the checkroom. BATHROOM In the bathroom you can choose between a refreshing shower or a relaxing bath. Fresh towels and a hairdryer are provided. Guest access The entire vacation apartment is for your sole use. The other areas belong to the residents of the house. Other things to note The key can be found in the key box next to the garages. You will be given the code after booking. Please put the key back in there when you leave. As this is a residential building, we ask our guests to be considerate of the other residents.
