3room Park Apartment

Cozy three-room apartment with 2 separate bedrooms in the center of Liepaja near the Beach Park. One bedroom with a king size double bed. The second bedroom has two separate beds. Comfortable double pull-out corner sofa in the living room. In summer, you are welcome to use the outdoor terrace. I pay the most attention to cleanliness – most guests rate the apartment as sparkling clean. Looks exactly like in the pictures. First floor, own entrance. The entire building was completely reconstructed in 2023. The space Three Smart TVs with Tet Plus connection. You can also watch your Netflix, etc. In the kitchen, everything you need to prepare a meal – I make sure that the basics are always available – oil, salt, sugar, tea, coffee. All dishes are reviewed and washed after each guest, if necessary. Tasteful cotton bed linen and towels. Washing machine with drying function, iron and ironing board. Dishwasher, big fridge. Cleaning supplies if you stay longer. I can provide a baby cot, a chair and a bathtub. Also a microwave. Very warm in winter – adjustable central heating. Small pets are welcome, just be careful with feathers and textiles! Guest access The key is in a box with a code at the apartment door, so entry is also possible at night. Free parking in a closed courtyard with automatic gates. Other things to note There is a shop nearby, open every day until 10 p.m. Within a few minutes' walk, both Liepaja Peter's Market with fresh croissants, fruits, meat, vegetables, and the beach of the Baltic Sea, and the city center. The apartment is close to the Beach Park, but there are also public transport stops nearby if you need to get elsewhere.
