Mins from, the golf course, horseback riding, snowmobile/ATV trails and the "Narrows Country Store" stocked with all the cottage essentials and a walk-up ice cream parlour. Only 5 mins from Mikisew Provincial Park's picturesque hiking trails and sporting facilities. Boat launch and rental are both available at Eagle Lake Marina. The space Sleeps 16, 6 bedrooms, 10 beds: Room 1 : 1 king bed Room 2: 1 king bed Room 3: 1 queen bed Room 4: 1 queen bed Room 5 : 2 queen beds Room 6: 4 single beds (bunk room) 2 full bathrooms, 1 standalone shower, 1 shower/tub combo. Both were recently renovated. Fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges/freezers as well as a miniature bar fridge, an electric stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. Coffee bar with both a drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig coffee machine, standalone ice maker, and automated milk frother. Features in-house laundry room. 2 large family rooms, each with their own large smart TV and gas fireplace. Access to Netflix account and Disney Plus and Prime TV applications. Enjoy the massive 900 sq ft deck featuring a spacious sectional sofa with a propane-powered firetable, as well as sun loungers, and a large outdoor dining area overlooking the lake. Outdoor BBQ with drop-in griddle perfect for large family breakfasts. Lower level walkout to 6-person hot tub. Other recreational equipment available such as 3 person canoe and 2 kayaks and stand-up paddle board. An 8-person inflatable island with built-in coolers, cupholders, and a beer pong table.
