The space Our quiet neighborhood sits right off of the state route, 316, which takes you right onto interstate 85 in less than 5 miles. Around us is everything from: -Supermarket: Publix, Kroger, ingles, — Fast food restaurants(Chick Fillets, Burger King, McDonald's...) — Pizzeria(Papa John's, Pizza Hut, Riverside Pizza, Little Caesars) — US Post, UPS Parks( Rhode Jordan's, Rabbit Hill parks) Guest access Guests are welcome to use any extra living spaces, as shown in photos. Other things to note ***Guest Access*** Quests will be provided with an access code upon arrival on the premises. ***WIFI passcode will be provided upon check-in. Smart TV available, however guests must sign in to their personal accounts to access NETFLIX, HULU, Amazon Prime video/music, including all platforms requiring account access.*** ***Parking on the street is PROHIBITED. Vehicles parked on the street will be towed at guests' expense ****THIS IS A NON SMOKING/NO PETS home.*** Guests may not smoke inside the suite at no time. Pets are not allowed inside suite. A charge of up to $500 will be charged for each pet brought into the unit. Thanks
