This room is on the 2nd floor of the house. This room has recently been painted and centrally located in the quiet neighbourhood of Markahm. A double bed with closet. Close to Markville Mall, McDonalds, Tim Hortons, banks, restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. 2 min from Bus top. The space There are 2 driveway parking spots. They are first come first serve basis. If you don’t see other cars parked in the driveway, please park your car as close to the garage door as possible so that the other car can park behind you (parking on street may get a ticket. Please park at your own risk. Do not park on neighbour driveway or block the driveway. Guest access This reservation is non-refundable. Review the Host’s full cancellation policy, which applies even if you cancel for illness or disruptions caused by COVID-19. Check-in after 3:00 p.m. Checkout before 10:00 a.m. 2 guests maximum Check in by 9pm on the night prior to the check in date. Early check-in: NO guarantees can be made but we will inform you once the room is ready. Other things to note PENALTY FEES you need to know to help other guests enjoy the stay: - Unapproved extra guests fee of $50 per person per day - No parties or any other loud noise which may disturb other residents. Fees are charged for noise complaints received. - No smoking ($250 will be charged for removing the odour) - If guests don’t return keys at checkout or lose a set of keys during their stay, a $150 key replacement fee will apply. -The check-out time is 11 am. An Extra $50 / hour will be charged for late check-out without notice. - To avoid extra cleaning fees, please make sure that there is no leftover food or uncleaned dishes. -DAMAGAE FEES- $200 deposits required guests get this back 2 days after move out. Video Surveillance: The Property has security cameras placed in the vicinity of the hallway and driveway and common areas. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for the guests' safety and potential violation of the house rule. The footage will only be stored for 7 days. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being asked to leave the property without a refund.
