The apartment, which is within walking distance to the border crossing points, is only 5 minutes away from the Nicosia Terminal, where you can travel to other cities. Information: Guests arriving from Southern Cyprus must show their passports at the crossing points. The space The place is located in a quiet neighborhood where you can walk to historical places, touristic areas, cafes and restaurants and you will not have transportation problems. Also if you want to visit other cities, you can reach the Nicosia Terminal in just 5 minutes. In this 2+1 apartment, you will find a comfortable living room, a kitchen with a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, stove, oven, refrigerator and all the equipment you need for cooking, pots, pans, two comfortable bedrooms and a sparkling clean bathroom. Other things to note OUR HOUSE RULES are as follows:  *Please note that you will be staying in a site where families live! * No parties are allowed in the apartment! *Making noise in the apartment is prohibited by the apartment rules! * It is strictly forbidden to carry out all actions that are criminal in the country in the apartment!! (FOR EXAMPLE: Gambling, drug use, hiring escorts for sexual intercourse, etc.) * Smoking is not allowed in the apartment! If you smoke, you can smoke on the balcony. There's an ashtray on the balcony. * It is against the house rules to have more people staying in the apartment than the number of people specified in the reservation! *Please take care to keep the apartment clean and tidy! * Please avoid using air conditioning in a way that causes excessive electricity consumption in the apartment. The maximum recommended temperature setting for winter is 24-25 degrees. For the summer months, it is recommended that the lowest temperature setting should not be below 23-24 degrees. * When you are not in the apartment, the water heater and air conditioners must be turned off for safety and health reasons! *Check-in time is 3 pm Check-out is at 11:00 am.
