A tiny house with a queen-sized bed that sleeps 2 persons. Our park has well-equipped cabins and tiny houses. We are situated within an easy drive from the heart of the Grampians, offering an ideal place to relax whilst taking in the beauty of the majestic mountain ranges. The space The Summit View is located in the Grampians National Park over 100,000 hectares large. A popular tourist destination known for its deep gorges, stunning weathered rock formations, waterfalls, and abundant wildflowers. Planning to explore the park? Explore on foot instead of using your vehicle and be part of our commitment in reducing carbon footprint. Halls Gap is only 30 minutes away and close to exciting attractions such as Beehive Falls, Mackenzie Falls, Venus Baths, Halls Gap Zoo, and Pinnacle Lookout. A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with split air conditioning, a kitchenette (including a fridge and microwave), and cooking equipment. This includes all linen and towels. The bathroom uses a cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers) for you to use. IMPORTANT NOTE: Office hours are 2 - 5pm. After-hours are self-check ins via the key safe. Check-out time is 10:00 AM, additional fees will apply for late check-outs. As an added note, please advise that there are other cabins and tiny houses in the park that are rented out. Remember to respect the privacy of other guests on-site in order to maintain the park's peace and tranquility. Guest access Guests can access the communal facilities and 14-acre park, including the following amenities: - Communal laundry - Shared full indoor kitchen - Communal swimming pool - Communal firepit - Recreation room - Communal gas BBQs - Local Tennis Courts Other things to note - Wifi is available - No PETS ALLOWED - Filtered water system - Quiet hours 10 pm - 8 am - No smoking inside the tiny house - Mobile reception is good for Telstra in some parts of the property - Don’t forget to lock doors when leaving the tiny house - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. Please register details at the office - Please note some areas are shared such as the recreation room and BBQs - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge Important note: - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property - Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
