The Ocean Lily of Sea Pines

Located less than a mile inside the Sea Pines front gate this updated Carolina Place home has lagoon views framed by high ceilings and South Carolina live oaks. This scene can be enjoyed on the elevated back deck complete with comfortable outdoor seating, and a full size grill. Inside there is plenty of room for the whole family with 3 bdr and a sleep-in den area. This home offers a semi-open, fully-stocked kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining, board games, high speed internet, and cable TV. The space There is a very large primery bedroom with a big ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet. The primary bedroom is linked to a sitting area on the back deck, and has cathedral ceilings like the living room and dining room do. The other two bedrooms are smaller. One has a quern sized bed and the other two twins. They share a medium sized bathroom with a large shower and a double sink. The kitchen is semi-open and has stainless steel appliances. It’s open to a sitting room with a sleeper sofa and a lounger for a little separation between the social areas of the property. The highlight of the property is the large back deck, which sits in the tranquility of a small lagoon. From the enclosed deck you have a perch from which to observe all the wildlife Hilton Head Island has to offer, including the occasional gator. Please enjoy the wildlife from afar, on or off the property - keep a wide berth between yourself and the alligators, especially if you have pets and/or small children. The deck has a brand new gas grill and outdoor dining. Guest access The whole house as well as the community amenities are yours to enjoy. Please note that you will need to purchase a gate pass (cash only) at the main gate to enter the Sea Pines resort. Currently daily passes are $9 and weekly passes are $30. The gate pass is not included in the cost of the rental, and one pass per vehicle is required. If you lose the pool key or take it with you, there's a $200 replacement fee. Other things to note Please note that the property is next to a lagoon that may serve as the occasional home to some of the alligators on the island. Stay back from the lagoon, and especially keep children and pets away from the lagoon.
