Apartment 3 km from the sea. After a day by the water or on a walk, come and relax in this quiet, wooded and flowery environment in the center of a lovely village, ideally located to explore! On a fenced plot of 1600 m2, the presbytery estate welcomes travelers wishing to discover the maritime Pays de Caux and the Alabaster Coast in a cozy and refined setting. Parking in the area (5 vehicles max) Garden tables and chairs available. The space Please note: Parties, barbecues or any other event causing a nuisance are not allowed. We use housekeeping staff and the bedding is cleaned at the dry cleaner. /!\ Adapted cleaning fee per stay: €25 for 2 guests (included in the initial price) + €25 for 3 or 4 guests (will be added to the final amount upon confirmation of your booking) Living room with equipped kitchen: - mixed oven, electric stove, range hood, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine (pod not included) kettle, cooking utensils, dishes - a table, four chairs, armchair/ottoman - sofa bed for two people ** Bedroom: 1 160 cm bed, storage, TV. Bed linen is provided and the bed will be made upon arrival Shower room: sink, toilet, tancarville **We will provide you with 2 pillows, a duvet, bed sheets and a mattress protector. A mattress topper may be offered (if available and with adequate booking time) to improve the comfort of the bed. For special cases, please contact us (2 guests sleeping separately, baby sleeping in a crib, etc.) Check-in kit: - Dish soap - Paper towels - Toilet paper - 1 garbage bag (30 L)/Sorting bin The accommodation is subject to waste sorting NOT PROVIDED in the rental: - towels (a bath mat is present) - toiletries - tea towels Free Wi-Fi available You have to go through the living room or bedroom to go to the bathroom. On request, it is possible to make available to you (if adequate time and availability): - baby crib + mattress (bed linen not included), highchair, potty, baby bathtub - access to the outbuilding to store bikes, surfboards... Guest access The presbytery includes 6 apartments, ideal if you want to spend a family vacation and be able to slip away for calm and privacy... in your accommodation. Each of the apartments is independent with perfect sound and thermal insulation that guarantees our guests a particularly quiet and pleasant stay. There is no indoor common area to ensure tranquility. For the well-being of all, it is essential to respect the calm in the indoor and outdoor common areas. We thank you for respecting the green spaces (do not drive or park on the lawns), tents are not allowed in the garden. Other things to note We have put our hearts into creating a welcome booklet that is as complete as possible. It will be emailed to you to facilitate your arrival and stay at the presbytery. We strongly encourage you to read it to answer any of your questions before calling us. The welcome booklet will also be available in your apartment in paper version.
