The space - High Speed Wifi - Central AC in back house, window AC unit in front house - Memory Foam mattresses in every bedroom + Sofa bed in each living room - 4K Smart TV's in living room and in one bedroom in each house, watch all your favorite streaming services - Fully stocked and equipped kitchens - Relax on the back house second floor patio and the front house gated front yard and enjoy the ocean breeze - Back house has 2 bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms - Washer and dryer in both houses - One garage parking space, 2 alley parking spaces, and additional street parking Other things to note We manage many properties throughout Southern California; and we have an extensive network with other property owners. Noise at dinner level only; quiet hours 9 PM-8 AM; no loud music. No overnight guests beyond stated occupancy without approval. No subletting, illegal activities, or smoking anywhere on the property inside or outside. Outdoor cameras monitor for safety/neighbors (do not tamper). Use pool/amenities at your own risk; Host not liable for accidents, injuries, illness, lost valuables, or items left behind. Report maintenance immediately; no refunds for equipment issues. Observe parking rules (Host not liable for tickets/tows). Host Rights & Guest Obligations: Non-disturbance required. Host may inspect/cancel for violations (all payments forfeited). Guest indemnifies Host against all claims/injuries from use. Cancellation per Airbnb policy.
