Welcome to the Zen Zone! This peaceful house is ideal for families. 1 hr 20 min from Paris. Looking for warmth and relaxation? Our veranda with jacuzzi is bathed in light, decorated with plants to make you travel to the islands during a hydromassage... It overlooks a garden that is not overlooked. From here you can watch your children whether they are in the garden or in the living room in front of the fireplace. They can relax in front of the TV or all the games and books provided. The space The house is located in a quiet residential area. A 5-minute walk away you will find: a park for the little ones (new playground), a soccer and basketball stadium for the means, and sports facilities for the big ones (outdoor fitness area) but also a media library (because sometimes it also rains in Normandy...) 10 minutes walk (5 minutes after the park!), you can access the village which has small shops and restaurants (bars, charcuterie, bakery, hairdressers, grocery store). There are many activities for the children: equestrian center, nautical base, forests and discovering the marnières. On request, we offer draizienne, scooters and bikes. Feel free to ask us to pick up the places not to be missed, we provide a map with the list of activities available. For big shopping, a 5-minute car park will help you refuel for your stay! On the street side, you will enjoy an illuminated outdoor space attached to the living room (communicating through a window door). On the garden side, not overlooked, a pergola with table and chairs will allow you to enjoy the sun and good sunshine, communicating with the veranda/Jacuzzi. There is also a barbecue, the cleaning of which is not included in the cleaning :) In the living spaces, the friendly living room with fireplace will allow you to spend pleasant moments with the family with board games, puzzle and a large collection of books available (in addition to the traditional TV:) ) The dining room is open to the living room and veranda, it has a large table accommodating up to 8 people thanks to additional chairs stored in the garage. We provide a large quantity of beautiful dishes to allow you to organize beautiful meals (ideal during the holidays). The modern and fully equipped kitchen will therefore be a great help and has access to the SPA area (to organize aperitifs for example...) and the dining room. Bedroom side: the 3 bedrooms are upstairs. In the master bedroom you will find a large mirror dressing room as well as a remote working area (with PC, screen, keypad, mouse) In the second bedroom, a double bed as well, a library awaits you for relaxing with a window overlooking the garden. In the third bedroom, a bunk bed for 2 people. It has many toys (from the 1st age to 5 years, cars, books, mini drezienne etc.) as well as a desk. We also provide an umbrella bed (with duvet and cushion) for the little ones. If needed we can also provide you with a stroller. The house has a downstairs toilet and a bathroom upstairs with walk-in shower and toilet as well. We have a fiber connection and all of the bedrooms equipped with screens have a chrome cast to caster your videos directly on it. Other things to note During the holidays, we provide a tree and decorations to share this magical moment with your family.
