Apartment in the historic centre, freshly renovated, luminous and cosy. The space The apartment is located in the beautiful Via San Marco, in the medieval centre of Siena. It is divided into a living room with comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped brand new kitchen (Fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine with integrated dryer, stove, oven, microwawe and capsule coffee machine), a modern bathroom and a large bedroom with king size bed equipped with a high quality mattress and a mattress topper. There is air conditioning in the bedroom and a fan in the living Fast fiber FTTH Wi-Fi connection. All the city center is a limited traffic area but there is a very close payment parking, "Parcheggio il Duomo" (Covered): it is very near but it can be reached by car without any resident permit. There are also payment parkings on street outside of the walls of the city, not far from the apartment. It is not possible to reach the front door by car. (But parking "il Duomo" or Porta San Marco which is reachable by car are very near) It is also often possible to find a free parking in the area of Porta Laterina, within 10 minutes walking to the front door.
