The Lodge

The Lodge at Woodhall looks out onto our woodland garden and we are in the heart of the Wye Valley ANOB surrounded by the peace and tranquility of nature .The Lodge is a luxurious, cosy haven with a log burning fire, King size bed with Emma Mattress, TV, WIFI and all the amenities you will need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Monmouth, Chepstow, Usk and Abergavenny are all within each reach as are walks, cycle rides, local inns and restaurants. The space The Lodge is a stone built well insulated former stables lovingly converted to a luxury one king- size bedroom with en- suite bathroom, a fully fitted kitchen and dining area . The Lodge is a stone built (well insulated) stable block which has been lovingly converted to a luxury retreat. The open plan sitting area has with a log burning stove and flat screen television. Heating is provided by electric radiators and hot water is always available. Cosy and warm in winter, the Lodge is airy and comfortable in summer. The bedroom has luxury bedding, chests of drawers, and ample hanging space. The bathroom is fitted with a large shower, wash hand basin, lavatory, heated towel rail and radiator. The well equipped kitchen has an induction hob with cooker hood, electric oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and microwave and a good selection of crockery, glass, pans and utensils. You will find a Welcome Pack waiting for you on arrival. Other amenities include WiFi, a flat screen TV, a Book Exchange, Games and information on local walks, activities and places of interest. There are two outside seating areas so you can catch the sun for breakfast or evening drinks and dinner. We are happy to welcome one small well-behaved dog who our Woody will look forward to meeting. There is a secure grassed space adjacent to the Lodge where your pet can wander freely but away from this space we ask you to please keep them on a lead. Guest access Guests access the property via our driveway and the parking is next to The Lodge. Other things to note We have a West Highland terrier who is very friendly and roams the grounds. From time to time we have sheep in the adjacent enclosed field
