Quite, elegant, fully renovated flat, ready to accomodate up to 4 people in total comfort, 2 bathrooms with large shower cabins, A/C, in the magic quiet neighborhood of Genova Nervi, in front of Parchi di Nervi, just 5 minutes walk from the famous seaside promenade and from Genova Nervi train station. The space 1 double bedroom with private bathroom, living room with double sofa bed, kitchen, dining room, main bathroom and terrace. There is also a third room, not accessible to guests. The apartment, with all comforts, recently totally renovated, has also a nice little terrace surrounded by the green, with table and hammock, and a big music collection (cds and vinyls)! I will be happy to answer your questions and give you advice for your stay! Guest access To the entire apartment, except one room. Other things to note Check is by default from 6 pm, but on request I may be able to organize an early arrival for you. Beds distribution: * 2 places in the main double room, with private bathroom * 2 places in the living room with a double sofa bed, that could be transformed into another room, closing the sliding door: here there is no wardrobe, but clothes can be put inside a commode, and something can be hanged in the wardrobe next door The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (very comfortable stairs) with no elevator. I'll be happy, if present, to help my guests carry their baggage upstairs. TV is in the living room: normally it is not moved into other rooms, except for particular situations.
