Upscale indoor space with modern finishes, secluded luxury resort style backyard with a non-heated private pool, outdoor kitchen with gas grill and fridge, fire pit, premium quality sun loungers and additional outdoor dining seating with a photo-worthy boxwood hedge wall to complete the whole experience of desert vibes! The space Recharge in any of our seven cozy beds with fresh, high quality bed linens and pillows. With no shortage of space, our four bedrooms hold 1 King, 2 Queen, 2 full bunk beds (4 full beds total). All the bedrooms have doors that provide direct access to the backyard. All bathrooms have been refinished with modern features and contain essential toiletries and cotton towels. Our fully remodeled kitchen enters the living space. The kitchen is fully stocked and has room to prepare, cook, cater, and host your guests efficiently. The dining area seats six guests and contains a dedicated workspace with an office chair so you can be productive while remote. The laundry area has a front-loading washer and dryer, with a utility sink for your convenience Please see the floorplan in the pictures. Absolutely no additional guests that are not on the reservation or parties are allowed -No smoking or vaping on the property - No glass in the backyard - Quiet hours: 10pm-7am - No pets allowed Guest access The entire house, including outdoor space, is reserved for your exclusive use! Other things to note The pool does not have heating capabilities at this time. Landscaping Maintenance conducted on FRIDAY ***Warning***: The pool at our property does not contain a safety barrier and are unsuitable for young children. We recommend that families with children staying at our property ensure that all children under seven avoid entering the outdoor area unaccompanied or are sufficient swimmers.*** Pets: Currently not allowed at this time Propane Tanks: For amenities that require propane, we do our best to ensure there is remaining propane for your use. However, if there happens to be no propane in the tanks, please let us know, and we will have a new tank delivered the next day.
