Fairwinds is comfortable two bedroom, self-catering apartment based in the heart of Sandbanks peninsular. It is a great base to explore surrounding area such as Sandbancks Beach, Brownsea Island, Standland beach, Old Harry Rocks, Kimmeridge, Corf Castle, Swannage. Ideally situated walking distance to Sandbanks chain ferry. You can take open top buss and go to Swannge for the day. Buss stop convenient located just before the chain ferry, take a short ride on the boat to Brownsea Island. The space Enter through the apartment front door into a hallway that leads to the master bedroom and a bright, spacious open-plan living area. The living room features a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, perfect for relaxing meals. From the living room, you’ll find access to a large bathroom with a bath and shower, as well as a second bedroom with a small double bed and built-in wardrobes. The master suite boasts a super king-sized bed for a restful night’s sleep. Additional amenities include wireless broadband, plus fresh linen and towels provided for your convenience. Guest access Approach Fairwinds on level ground from the street and enter through the communal main door. The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessed via stairs—please note, there is no lift in the building. Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay. You’ll find wireless broadband included for your convenience, as well as fresh linen and towels. The apartment is accessed via a private front door, with a hallway leading into the main living spaces and bedrooms. There is a water tank for shower and hot water, that gets heated twice a day in the morning and in the evening. Please note there is no freezer but fridge. There is no allocated parking on the grounds of the property, however there are some spaces available to park first come first serve bases and we provide parking permit, "Pay and Display" parking available on the road. Parking is free between November and end March. Only one dog allowed.
