Fully self contained with a workable kitchen, gas appliances, fridge/freezer, one bathroom, nicely presented with new furniture throughout. Short walk to Cowan Cowan beach, plenty of grass ayrd for kids to play. A $1500.00 bond is requried prior to arrival. Other things to note A security bond of $1,500.00 is payable on the day of arrival. A valid credit card must be provided prior to arrival to secure the bond. The security bond will be released within 3–5 days after departure, provided no issues arise. This bond is for any incidentals, damages or breakages incurred during the stay will be charged against the bond. Linen hire is NOT included, if guests wish to hire sheets, towels, pillowcases and have made beds up prior to arrival, there is an additional fee of $50.00 per person not included in the nightly rates or clean fee.
