Relax in a spacious 82 m² apartment featuring three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a peaceful setting designed for true rest. Because the best journeys aren't measured by the places you visit, but by how they make you feel when you return home. The space Alojamiento LaCelia We offer 3 bedrooms: • Master bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom. • Two additional bedrooms accommodating 3 people each, with semi-double bunk beds on the first level and a single bed on the second level. All beds are made and come with sheets, duvets, and pillows. If you prefer to bring your own pillow for extra comfort, don’t forget to pack it! We provide towels for each guest. Please take care of them and remember to bring them back from the wet areas. We have a total of 6 towels, or as needed based on the number of guests. Kitchen Our kitchen is fully equipped with: • Medium-sized refrigerator • Microwave oven • Integral stove (no lighter needed) • Coffee maker with filters • Juicer • Sandwich maker • Blender • Small pressure cooker • Pots and pans • Tableware and cutlery for 6 people Additional kitchen items such as a lemon squeezer, strainers, cutting boards, trays, and salad bowls are also included. Each bedroom also has a fan for your comfort. Living Room • 50” TV with Wi-Fi and Netflix Wet Areas You can reserve access to the wet areas at the reception upon arrival. The standard access time is 90 minutes if the capacity is full (currently 5 people per apartment). If the occupancy is low, you may stay as long as needed within the available schedule: Tuesday – Sunday: • 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. • 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Monday: Closed for maintenance. If Monday is a public holiday, maintenance will take place on Tuesday instead. Guest access During your stay, you’ll have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, the living and dining areas, a private balcony, the laundry area, and one dedicated parking space. You’ll also have access to the condominium’s shared amenities, including the swimming pool, hot tub, and other common areas, in accordance with the community rules and operating hours. To authorize access to the gated community, all guests must submit a clear copy of their government-issued ID exclusively through the Airbnb platform at least two (2) days before check-in. If your reservation includes minors, you must also provide the required documentation under Colombian law, including a birth certificate or national ID card and, when applicable, a notarized authorization signed by the parents or legal guardian. Once your information has been verified, your access will be registered with the community administration. Before check-in, you’ll receive your arrival instructions and access authorization. For security reasons, only guests listed on the reservation and approved in advance will be allowed to enter the property. Upon arrival, each guest will receive an identification wristband, which must be worn throughout the stay. This is a requirement of the residential community and is necessary to access the shared amenities and comply with the property’s security procedures. The apartment includes one private parking space reserved exclusively for guests. Visitor parking is also available within the community, subject to availability and the fees established by the community administration. Other things to note Important – Please read before booking To complete the pre-check-in registration, all guests must provide a clear copy of their valid identification document exclusively through the Airbnb platform. We do not request this information through any other means. If the reservation includes minors, a copy of the child’s Birth Certificate and/or Identity Card (if applicable) must be provided, along with the names of their parents or legal guardian. If a minor is traveling without their parents or legal guardian, a notarized authorization signed by the parents or legal guardian, together with the required supporting documentation, must be submitted in accordance with Colombian child protection regulations. All required documentation must be submitted at least 2 days before arrival and may be requested again upon arrival at the residential complex solely to verify the information and authorize access to the accommodation.
